Statistics tell us that of those people who come to know Christ as their Savior, the largest percentage will do so before they reach the age of 20. When new Christians begin to walk as a disciples, the younger ones have more of their lives ahead of them and therefore fewer bad decisions to overcome. Every soul is valuable, but some souls have greater potential if they will commit their future to Him early on in life.

At Equipping, our heart is to see the students of Canada come to know Jesus as their Savior. To see this goal completed, we believe that the best place we can invest is into the lives of those who will lead them: youth and children’s workers. To that end, we have developed both On-Site and On-Line training for both youth workers and children’s workers, we have developed various resources and we act as consultants to many leaders and organizations.
